used to determine an hourly cost for contractor owned equipment in estimating project costs, claims or
modifications. It is published in 12 regional volumes covering the United States and selected territories.
The EP is available in Adobe portable document format (PDF). For areas not covered by the current
regions, special volumes may be developed upon request.
